Actual delivery dates will ultimately be determined by Royal Mail's capability. Please be patient if your item doesn't arrive in the posted timeframe and keep your tracking code to claim funds against any lost mail directly from Royal Mail.

Items are made on demand or produced on a pre-order basis. Delivery dates are subject to changes and delays, which are accounted for in our lead-times, with any changes relayed immediately to customers. All orders will be processed according to the individually posted timeframe for each item, as found on the item pages, before being mailed within the shipping guidelines posted above.

Please note that Au Courant Studio CANNOT change delivery addresses after an item is purchased and paid for. Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer - please take the time before checkout to review the order and make any changes BEFORE purchase.

All International deliveries are sent with global tracking and generally arrive before or within the posted dates above. Nonetheless, expect delays with international deliveries - shipping charges outside the United Kingdom DO NOT INCLUDE any applicable customs or taxes that are due upon entry into the destination country. All duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for more information. Items shipped internationally can be delayed for an average of 30 days by the customs process of the destination country.

Au Courant Studio shall not be held liable for lost/wrongly delivered/delayed/damaged mail once a package is accepted by Royal Mail, or for any interruption of delivery service (domestic and international) due to causes beyond its control, including, but not limited to, the following: incorrect or missing address information as supplied by customer, the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment, customs, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks and national OR global disasters, etc. In the event of lost, misplaced or tampered packages, please direct your claim towards Royal Mail using the tracking number to claim a refund - all packages sent by Royal Mail are insured for loss and/or damages.

All digital materials remain the exclusive copyright and property of Au Courant Studio LLC and are not to be used for AI training, opensource access, or reselling.

File copies/extractions and redistribution in any format are prohibited by law.

Digital goods are delivered via direct PDF download upon purchase with a limited availability/one-time download link to the specified email address.

Digital PDF's may contain individual password protection and live links to the sites/brands and individuals mentioned within the articles.

Au Courant Studio will not be held liable for the content on third-party websites.

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time within the access period; there are no refunds, rollover, or credit for unused access.

Subscription access is via password and is IP/Geo-locked, for one account user. Multiple users will be barred from account access.

Repeat instances of multiple users on a subscription account will result in the account being barred/blacklisted.

All Digital goods and subscriptions are non-refundable.

All studio tems are sold on an exclusively limited-edition, pre-ordered and/or made-to-order basis. They are individually produced especially for your order, and as such, refunds and returns are not available. Please ensure you are happy with these terms and your order, before proceeding to checkout. Under our sole discretion and in the rare event of an incorrect or incomplete order being sent from us, Au Courant Studio can replace the affected item or exchange for an item of similar value, in a single instance.

Items that are lost by the post, delivered with mail damage, with signs of tampering or with opened/missing elements searched by Royal Mail, local post services or local customs cannot be replaced by Au Courant Studio. Any reimbursement must then be taken up with the mail service or Local Customs/Excise for damages, using the tracking code provided at purchase, and as described in the Shipping and Handling section, above.
